The Respiratory department at Salisbury District Hospital cares for patients with chest diseases including asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), tuberculosis, sleep related breathing disorders and lung cancer. The department carry out investigations into lung disease using a variety of techniques such as EBUS, bronchoscopy, X-rays and scans and care for patients with respiratory disease both on the respiratory wards and as outpatients.
