The Stars Appeal is seeking two members of the local community to help shape and guide the charity’s work enhancing care for patients and their families at Salisbury District Hospital.
Applications are now open to join the Stars Appeal’s Charitable Funds Committee as independent members, a new voluntary governance role in the charity.
The successful applicants will work with the hospital‑appointed members and the charity’s executive team to help the Stars Appeal continue to develop, advising on fundraising and grant making activities to make a difference to local people.
Every day, work funded by the charity helps hundreds of patients at the hospital and supports the NHS staff who care for them.
