The new year is off to a great start for the lucky winners of our Christmas Raffle.
The star prize was £1,000, which was kindly sponsored by FJ Chalke. A second prize of £500 and third prize of £250 were also up for grabs along with other cash prizes.
The winning tickets were drawn today (Thursday 11th January) by staff at the hospital, pictured above, who are also Stars Appeal ambassadors.
The top three winning tickets are:
- 1st Prize – 197270
- 2nd Prize – 239129
- 3rd Prize – 158299
On receiving the good news, 1st prize winner Deborah Holton said: “I’m delighted. It’s January and money is usually a bit tight so it couldn’t be more welcome. It’s incredible, I still can’t believe it.”

The raffle raised nearly £20,000 which will go towards supporting projects across the Hospital, making a difference to patients, their loved ones, and the hospital staff that care for them.
